I would like to say how lucky we were that just when we needed help for our father your leaflet dropped through his door. When we met we knew you were the caring, kind and thoughtful people we were looking for. You have been very professional, knowledgeable, and keep in regular contact sharing any concerns with us and meeting our requests and answering any queries we have. I have been telling other people what brilliant folk you are and would very happily and confidently recommend your services to people who also need your team to assist them.

Asked this company for care quote for my father. After a very intense discussion, I became very aware of the High Standards offered. I was shown in much detail a paperwork trail of my father's needs, things that previous companies did not advise me on or were actually doing. Very glad I did about 2/3 hours of important input from both the company and our needs. Very worthwhile taking the time, and it is still working a treat.

My parents have had home care before. I was not completely happy with what I was getting told by my parents, so I thought I would try another company, and I am so happy I did. MasterOneCare has been brilliant, my parents love the carers and they are very professional at what they do. They actually have made me and my parents realise that the previous company was not doing what they should have been doing with caring for my parents.
