I’m Nicky Masterson and I am the Managing Director of MasterOneCare. I have been working in care for just over a decade, and have worked my way up through all areas of care.
I have always had a passion for caring for others and have very much enjoyed the difference I can make to peoples lives. This positive impact is what drives me. It is also what has driven me to create MasterOneCare.
I wanted to create a care company where the client was at the center of the entire care process, from the start and all the way through. This is, I believe the very core of all care and sometimes it can get overlooked in favour of efficiency.
MasterOneCare is built on my own set of core values, which I have developed over my ten years of care. These are the very definition of how we operate and provide our services. It is also the values by which all our carers are chosen and carry out their valuable work.
