I’m Nicky Masterson, and I was the Managing Director of Master One Care. I had been working in care for just over a decade and had worked my way up through all areas of care.

I had always had a passion for caring for others and had very much enjoyed the difference I could make in people’s lives. This positive impact was what drove me. It was also what had driven me to create Master One Care.

I wanted to create a care company where the client was at the center of the entire care process, from the start and all the way through. This was, I believed, the very core of all care, and sometimes it could get overlooked in favor of efficiency.

Master One Care was built on my own set of core values, which I had developed over my ten years in care. These were the very definition of how we operated and provided our services. It was also the values by which all our carers were chosen and carried out their valuable work.

Since 2023, when Nicky decided to retire, Kushal Gandhi has taken over as the Managing Director of the Company. Kushal, along with his father Dinesh Gandhi, have a combined 40 years of experience in the care sector. They plan to continue operating to the same standard that Nicky has always done and to adhere to the same principles that she implemented within the Company.
